River Mersey was founded by Siwat Chawareewong, a Gallup Global Strengths Coach. Siwat served in the advertising industry as a CEO from 2007-2021, and he also held the position of President at the Digital Advertising Association (Thailand) for eight years. Following his passion to help entrepreneurs and executives build happy team, transform, and grow, Siwat embarked on his journey as an executive coach and professional board director. His coachees include multinational senior executives of listed corporations, startup founders, and SME business owners. Additionally, Siwat aids his coachees in conducting several leadership training sessions and team-building activities.
